Gardening can be a very relaxing activity. However, if you do not warm up properly before starting, it can cause injury which we want to avoid. Here are some tips on how you can warm up before you start your gardening to reduce the risk of muscular pain and fatigue.
While standing, rotate your shoulders and then your lower body. Touch the ground, alternating the tip of your foot and your heel. Another way to warm up is by doing raking movements. Feeling feel stiff or numb while gardening, remember to take a small brake and stretch.
