Telehealth has become the lifeline for most patients and clinics. Cappino has been servicing many clients through telehealth services. The feedback has been excellent, and we want to thank all our patients who continue to trust us.

We would also like to outline some of the steps we are taking to protect our clients and staff:

Physical Distancing 

Indications have been placed on the ground in the reception area to avoid groups of people. Only one person is permitted at the reception desk and seating has been designated to create separation.

The private rooms are being utilized as much as possible. When clients must be treated in the open area, treatment tables have been placed a minimum of 2 meters apart. TeleHealth will still be available and at times encouraged when appropriate with your clinician.

Clients are asked to clean their hands with a hand sanitizer placed at the entrance to the clinic upon arrival and prior to leaving.
Clients are asked prior to arrival if they have symptoms (fever, cough, sore throat, chills or loss of smell/taste), have tested positive for COVID 19, have been in contact with someone who has tested positive or have been tested for COVID- 19 in the last 14 days. If the answer is yes, they are asked to reschedule their appointment.
On a daily basis, reception staff disinfects all surfaces at the beginning of the day and prior to closing. This is in addition to the regular complete cleaning schedule.

Protective Equipment 
Clinicians have been outfitted with scrubs, face visors, masks and gloves.

In addition, any staff member who starts to exhibit symptoms related to COVID-19 or has been in contact without protective equipment with an individual who has tested positive, will be asked to self quarantine for 14 days prior to returning to work.
