Marco Zaino, MBA, FCSI
With a passion for entrepreneurialism, Marco was one of the co-founders of PhysioSport Cappadocia. Since its opening in 2008, PSC successfully developed a clientele for outpatient physiotherapy, home visit physiotherapy and corporate physiotherapy. Marco currently works in the finance industry and serves as a Vice President at Dundee Goodman Private where he manages the assets of many wealthy individuals and corporations. He has an MBA from Queen’s University, is a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute and has completed Level II of the CFA curriculum. Marco has also been nominated to sit on several committees for different institutions. He is excited to develop Cappino into one of the most respected physiotherapy and wellness clinics in Montreal.

Eric Zaino, BSc Eng
Director of Information Technology
Eric is a graduate of Computer Engineering from Concordia University and is currently working as an Account Manager at Matrox Video. Being in the professional video industry, Eric will provide integral IT expertise on Cappino’s web strategy. He will focus on website development and the social media platform to ensure that clients have easy access to their services and are aware of the latest news at Cappino. Having been very involved in soccer throughout his youth, Eric is very familiar with the traditional clinic setting and looks forward to bringing a new and improved experience to Cappino’s customers.

Melissa Zaino, BA
Director of Marketing
Melissa has an undergraduate degree in Communications and Cultural Studies from Concordia University and entered the Marketing industry in 2005. She has experience working as a marketing specialist, an account supervisor and now currently holds the position of Client Marketing Manager for LoyaltyOne. She has worked with many large organizations to create and implement several successful marketing strategies. As Director of Marketing, she will be responsible for developing the clinic into a strong brand built on trust, transparency and reliability. She looks forward to illustrating these principles at Cappino.

Kelly Cappadocia, BSc PhT, Cred. MDT
Clinical Director, Physiotherapist and Partner
Kelly is the original founder of PhysioSport Cappadocia, which developed to become Cappino Physiotherapy and Wellness. Prior to opening PSC, she worked for many years in the private sector before finally deciding to start her own clinic in 2008. Over the years, Kelly has continued to improve her qualifications by becoming a McKenzie Credentialed Therapist, making her a specialist in back and neck care. Kelly has attended over 30 post graduate courses in addition to teaching several physiotherapy courses. While in the private sector, she was responsible for mentoring all new physiotherapy recruits. She has rehabilitated many high performance athletes, most notably nationally ranked swimmers, divers, synchronized swimmers and Irish dancers. Kelly has a passion for physiotherapy and her clients well being which she readily displays in every treatment session.

Monica Trozzo, BSc PhT
Sports Director, Physiotherapist and Partner
Monica graduated from McGill University in 2008 and immediately joined the multidisciplinary team at one of Montreal’s most recognized private physiotherapy clinics. She is working towards her McKenzie certification, which will allow her to specialize in the treatment of neck and back pain. She currently specializes in the treatment of TMJ (temporomandibular joint) pain and dysfunction and has also taken many post-graduate courses specific to the effective evaluation and management of orthopedic conditions. Monica has worked as the physical therapist for the McGill Redmen men’s soccer team and is currently working with high level soccer teams in the Lac-Saint-Louis Metro League.
