Sophie, LMT, is a graduate of CFP Lachine and a member of the RMPQ since January 2021. She knows numerous techniques, such as therapeutic Swedish massage, lomi-lomi Hawaiian massage, deep tissue massage, and lymphatic drainage, which is her specialty. Her goal is to help people with inflammation and mobility problems to ensure they live as pain-free as possible. She is currently studying Kinesitherapy (movement therapy) to gain more knowledge on how to help her clients through advanced massage therapy. Being an athlete herself, she can relate to her clients who are active and to muscular pains they may be dealing with on a daily basis. Sophie’s interests when it comes to treatments include sprains, lymphedemas, carpal tunnel syndrome, and trigger points. Due to a variety of factors causing musculoskeletal problems, she will ensure each session is tailored to the client’s needs.
